- Program online and off-line CNC equipment such as five and 6 Axis High Speed Machining Centers, Lathes, HBM and VTL, CMM and ABB Robots;- Proven CAD/CAM software programmer background using MasterCam- Program NC 3, 4 and 5 axis equipment using Fanuc, Siemens and Allen Bradley controls- Program Robotic equipment using ABB Robot Teach, ABB Robot Studio or equivalent- Program LK-DMIS or Sheffield CMM equipment- Experienced with use of Laser Scanning- Develop equipment specifications- Support procurement and installation of new equipment- Design tooling and fixturing to support machining processes- Develop machining specifications and procedures and leading machine requirements- Provide operator training and qualification- Support dispositions of nonconforming product.
